Asana Partners (“Asana” or “the Firm”) is committed to safeguarding its clients’ personal information. As required under the privacy notice and disclosure regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under Regulation S-P, Asana Partners is providing this notice in order to inform you of our privacy policies and practices (“Privacy Policy”) with respect to its clients’ personal, non-public information.

Why and How Asana Partners Collects Personal Information: Financial companies choose how they share their client’s personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires firms to explain how they collect, share, and protect personal information.

In connection with the services and ongoing activities of Asana Partners investment management, the Firm may collect and maintain non-public personal information about its clients.  Asana Partners collects personal information via interactions with its clients; whether in person, over the phone, via email or our websites. In some cases, Asana Partners may also collect information from other sources, such as third party service providers.

How Asana Partners Protects Information: To protect clients’ personal information from unauthorized access and use, Asana Partners uses security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards, secured files, and offices.
Asana Partners restricts access to non-public personal information about its clients to those of its employees and agents who need to know the information to enable the Firm to provide services to its clients. The Firm maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards reasonably designed to guard its clients’ non-public personal information while it is within the Firm’s control.  Asana Partners requires third party vendors to protect the confidentiality of personal information they receive. 

What Asana Partners Shares: The types of personal information Asana Partners collects and shares depends on the product or service in which the client engages.  Asana Partners may disclose such non-public personal information to non-affiliated third parties as permitted by law and in accordance with the agreements governing your investment, including:

1. other service providers to our investment funds, such as accounting, legal or tax preparation services;
2. other partners and potential investors in our investment funds; and
3. transfer agents, portfolio companies, brokerage firms and the like, in connection with distributions to our limited partners.

Asana Partners does not sell or share any of your personal information with any non-affiliated or affiliated companies for any other business or marketing related purposes.

Former Clients: This policy applies to former clients as well as current clients and prospects.

“Opt Out” Provision: Since Asana Partners does not sell or share any personal information; an “opt out” provision does not apply to this Privacy Policy.
