Repositioning and Redevelopment

Our recent experience includes the execution of more than $1 billion of retail-driven redevelopments and developments, gaining deep familiarity with the full redevelopment and development process including site selection, design, risk assessment, entitlement, budgeting, contracting, and tax increment financing.

Capital Markets and Balance Sheet Management

Our approach is built on our reputation for and long-standing commitment to transparency and integrity. Additional key tenets of our approach include relationship development, capital availability, diversification, and flexibility. This approach has resulted in deep institutional capital relationships and a focus on cost-of-capital and balance sheet structure optimization. Our experience includes the execution of more than $10 billion of financing transactions with dozens of institutional investors, lenders, and partners.
