Why and How Asana Partners Collects Personal Information: Financial companies choose how they share their client’s personal information. In connection with the services and ongoing activities of Asana Partners investment management, we may collect and maintain non–public personal information about our clients. How Asana Partners Protects Information: To protect clients’ personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards, secured files, and offices.

We restrict access to non–public personal information about our clients to employees and agents who need to know the information to enable us to provide services to clients. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards reasonably designed to guard clients’ non–public personal information while it is within our control. We require third–party vendors to protect the confidentiality of personal information they receive.

What Asana Partners Shares: The types of personal information we collect and share depends on the product or service in which the client engages. We may disclose such nonpublic personal information to non–affiliated third parties as permitted by law and in accordance with the agreements governing your investment, including:

  1. other service providers to our investment funds, such as accounting, legal or tax preparation services;

  2. other partners and potential investors in our investment funds; and

  3. transfer agents, portfolio companies, brokerage firms, and the like, in connection with distributions to our limited partners.

We do not sell or share any of your personal information with any non–affiliated or affiliated companies for any other business or marketing–related purposes.

Former Clients: This policy applies to former clients as well as current clients and prospects.

“Opt–Out” Provision: Since we do not sell or share any personal information, an “opt–out” provision does not apply to this Privacy Policy.
